Building and owning your own website is imperative in my estimation… even in today’s world of fast-moving trends and ever-growing social networks although not everyone realized and hold the same perspective.
I suppose, it’s easy to believe that building your presence on Instagram, TikTok, or even a free blog platform like WordPress.com is “good enough.” After all, if you’re getting followers, making sales, or sharing your message—why not stick with what’s easy?
Here’s the truth: You still need to build your own website!!
Even in 2025. Especially in 2025.
We live in a digital age where you can set up an online store in minutes, go viral overnight, and grow a large social following faster than ever before. But the harsh reality is, you don’t own those platforms. You’re just renting space—and that rent can be revoked at any time.

I have always loved WordPress. (WordPress.org) – the ORG is very important as this version of WordPress is one that you will OWN and Host it on a Paid Host… that you pay for and nobody can take it away.
Building a website is not difficult… in fact, its fun. Hosting does not have to be expensive either in fact I just moved all my sites to HostPapa and not only are the prices ridiculously expensive… their service is out of this world. I will talk more about that in a later post.
