Hey, I’m Jayne — Just a Regular Person Who Wanted More
I’m Jayne, the creator of The Bossless Blonde — and I’m not a “guru,” a tech wizard, or someone who had it all figured out early in life.
For years, I was caught in the daily grind: working full-time, caring for my family, managing a home, and squeezing in whatever scraps of time were left for myself (which, honestly, wasn’t much). Most days felt like a never-ending hamster wheel. I was exhausted — physically and emotionally — and deep down, I knew something had to change.
I knew I wanted more out of life. I just hadn’t yet figured out how to create the time and freedom to make real change.
Returning to Digital Marketing — Even Later in Life
After years of overthinking, one truth became impossible to ignore:
Nothing would change unless I made it happen.
I had worked online years ago (between 2009–2012), but the digital world had evolved. This time around, I was essentially starting fresh — learning modern digital marketing from the ground up.
I didn’t have a special background.
I wasn’t “techy.”
I just had a willingness to learn — and the determination to stop waiting.
That decision changed everything.

What I’m Building Now (and Why I Share It)
Today, I’m building a flexible online business rooted in digital marketing, connection, and genuine support.
I’m creating this space for:
- People who want to escape the 9–5
- Those looking to earn income from home
- Beginners exploring digital marketing for the first time
- Anyone who feels it might be “too late” — and needs reassurance that it’s not
I still have plenty to learn — and I’m not ashamed of that. Anyone truly successful online is always learning. Transparency matters to me, and I believe growth is far more rewarding when you enjoy the journey, not just the destination.

If This Sounds Like You…
If any part of my story resonates, I’d love for you to join the Bossless Tribe — a space for people who want more freedom, more options, and more control over their future.
As authentically as possible, I encourage you to take the first steps.
The leap, though? That part is yours.
Life is short. And in the end, we usually regret the chances we didn’t take.
One decision can open the door to more opportunities than you ever imagined.
And don’t forget — you are worth it.
